I am so excited to bring a piece of the SOHA magic to my own yoga teacher training program in early 2025. Lead trainers Anouk Viana & Daniele Anzaldi will guide a program that gives you the skills to teach vinyasa yoga, explores the nature and scope of the yoga practice and philosophy while incorporating sound anatomical, sequencing and teaching principles.

Based in Perth, this modular program of weekend trainings will give you the skills and confidence to teach yoga and find your voice to inspire others.
