Explore the beauty and the power of yin and yoga nidra on this seven night, eight days experience at Bali Lush eco-retreat on the slopes of Mt Batukaru. This adventure has been designed to accommodate yoga teachers and practitioners who would like to deepen their knowledge and practice. It can also be experienced as an indulgent retreat with flexibility to attend training, classes and activities at your discretion. Join Anouk Viana & Daniele Anzaldi on this exploration of yin and nidra, gaining the skills and confidence to guide classes and deepen your own practice.

Enjoy some rest and relaxation or take time to explore the Rice Bowl of Bali, exploring World Heritage rice paddies, jungle, waterfalls and the traditional Balinese community lifestyle.

This experience is limited to a maximum of 14 participants to ensure individual coaching and an intimate group setting.
