About the event
Join Anouk Yoga for Ganesha's Gifts Day Retreat and welcome in the new year with a day of story-telling, myth and magic. Spend the day with us as we begin with a puja to Ganesha, the Remover of Obstacles, and learn about the origins of Ganesha. We will move through a Mandala Vinyasa Yoga class, enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch, followed by grounding rituals, yin yoga, meditation and sound bath. To top it off, yummy afternoon treats will be supplied. It's sure to be a day of relaxation, rejuvenation and divine connection.
