Join Anouk for Ganesha's Gifts Day Retreat and welcome in the new year with a day of story-telling, myth and magic.
Ganesha is the Lord of Good Fortune who provides prosperity, fortune and success. Lord of Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles of both material and spiritual kinds. Discover the rich mythology surrounding this gentle and wise elephant-headed deity.
This magical day begins with a puja to Ganesha - invoking his protection and blessings for the year ahead. Learn about the origins of Ganesha through rich story-telling and mantra. We will move through a Mandala Vinyasa Yoga class, enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch, followed by grounding rituals to clear obstacles, set intentions and connect to your inner divine message and power. Enjoy afternoon tea and treats followed by an immersive meditation journey of story-telling and sound. Enjoy this day of relaxation, rejuvenation and divine connection.

11am Ganesha Puja
11.30am Ganesha Mandala Vinyasa Yoga
1pm Delicious Lunch in the gardens (most dietary requirements catered)
2.30pm Rest & Restore - gentle grounding rituals of breathwork, intention setting and mindfulness
4pm Afternoon tea & treats
4.30pm Meditation and Sound Bath
5.30pm Finish
