100-hr Yin Yoga & Nidra Teacher Training
This course aims to empower yoga teachers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to guide others. You will learn to teach an intelligent and meaningful yin yoga journey as well as guide a restorative yoga nidra practice. The course combines a background in Vedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophical principles. It includes alignment and anatomical techniques giving students practical skills to sequence and guide yin yoga classes. You will also learn the philosophy, physiology and sequencing techniques of yoga nidra, which will enable you to delivery a deeply restorative practice.

Over 30 yin yoga poses with variations and modifications
Asana alignment, assists and adjustments, the use of props
