20-hr Hot Yoga Teacher Training January

A 20-hour teacher training to up-level your skills. Learn to guide this hot fusion based on BikYasa, developed by renowned yoga teacher Gabriel Azoulay.

Combining Hot 26&2 with ashtanga vinyasa, harmonise tradition with innovation to unlock new levels of strength, flexibility and inner peace.

This 20-hour training will give you the skills and confidence to guide this dynamic hot yoga experience.

You will receive:

• In-person training on the sequence, poses and scripting for BikYasa
• Learn how to cue and assist
• Understand the benefits and contraindications for a hot yoga practice
• Learn how to incorporate atmospheric teaching principles to enhance your class experience
• Teaching practicum giving you the confidence to teach hot yoga classes
• Certificate of Completion (YACEP)
• Hot Yoga Teacher Training Manual

This training is for yoga teachers or experienced hot yoga practitioners who wish to dive deeper into their practice.

This 20-hour Training is accredited by Yoga Alliance (YACEP) for continuing education hours.
